This special edition retreat includes two sessions on how to use mindfulness to be more present with loved ones as well as how to overcome issues or blocks you may experience in these relationships. Relatable, everyday examples will be used to illustrate how issues or problems in relationships can be used as opportunities to grow both personally as well as together. As always, enriching discussions will follow to help deepen your understanding and enjoyment of the retreat!
