Warm, down-to-earth, and goal oriented: These are words that best describe my style of work. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing clients succeed in reaching (or exceeding) their goals. My specialties include stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, and confidence/assertiveness, and productivity. Holistic in scope, my approach takes into consideration the many facets of you as an individual, including one's physical health, interpersonal relationships, and spiritual health (if desired).
I have been teaching mindfulness techniques for over 15 years and enjoy incorporating these skills with clients, helping them to be more present and relaxed in their daily lives. Becoming more present lends the space to begin to gently shift habits that may not be in alignment with one’s goals or values. With a large dose of compassion, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them to skillfully move toward the change they are seeking, ultimately gaining more personal freedom and resiliency in the face of life’s varied challenges.
